AGM 3 December 2026

The Club AGM will be held at the Alexander Stadium on Thursday 3 December.

Voting members will be sent all the information 7 days before the AGM with details of all matters to be voted on.

Any member not able to attend can register an online vote. If you would like to do this please email the office contact@birchfieldharriers.com and a voting form will be sent to you when nominations have closed.
